Assistant Accounts Executive (urgent)

Location:  Noida – Sector 6

Domain: Fintech (preferred)

The Assistant Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial transactions, reporting, and compliance within the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure fiscal responsibility. The Assistant Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the finance department and contributes to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tally Operations: Proficiently handle all aspects of Tally software, including data entry, voucher creation, and maintaining ledgers to accurately record financial transactions.

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain organized and systematic financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports from Tally, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as needed.

  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and information during financial audits.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in Tally by conducting regular reviews and reconciliations.

  • Adherence to Policies: Follow accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain financial discipline within the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Tally Accountant or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles.

  • Strong understanding of taxation and compliance procedures.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
